    We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Call us or email us to make changes to your booking.

    Payment is required at the time of treatment and can be made with cash, debit, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). We offer on-the-spot claims through HICAPS for private health insurance. Medicare CDM claims can also be processed immediately.

  • Do you accept private health insurance?
    Yes! We accept HICAPS, Medicare CDM plans, WorkCover, TAC, DVA, and NDIS claims.

    Absolutely! While we have experience with athletes, most of our patients are from the general population. Whether you’re preparing for a marathon or just enjoying daily walks, we’re here to help.

  • Do I need to see my doctor before starting Physiotherapy?
    No, physiotherapists are primary care practitioners. However, we’ll ask for your doctor’s details to keep them informed about your condition and progress. If your case involves WorkCover, DVA, EPC, or TAC, a GP referral is required.
  • Do I need a referral?
    A referral isn’t needed unless you’re claiming treatment through WorkCover, DVA, EPC, or TAC. Contact our reception for questions about claims.
  • Where can I park?
    We have ample parking available in our clinic's car park.
  • What should I bring to my first appointment?
    Please bring any relevant medical reports, X-rays, or referrals. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
